Since its inception Paragon has achieved major growth in the Irish hospitality sector, specialising in Hospitality EPOS solutions and integrated Hotel Management systems with a significant number of clients spread throughout Ireland, both North and South now having over 25% of the Irish Hotel market. The Paragon support team supply expert product training, technical & networking implementation, on site field support, maintenance and customer help desk facilities.
In addition, our customer service and training team assist customers to configure the product range to meet their particular requirements. Paragon personnel maintain a seat on the product development board of our other system partners.
